All cosmetic purchases remain valid until the end of the current server wipe.

Minimum duration: 30 days.

Digital cosmetic products are created specifically for each customer.

They will only expire sooner if a full server wipe is required due to a forced update.

Payments are voluntary and help cover:

• Server hosting

• Development

• Licenses

• Community maintenance

Due to the digital nature of the products, completed purchases are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests will be reviewed individually in exceptional circumstances.
